Also, how can I get a comb and ring mod filter with a cutoff function similar to the free filter? Do you have one to share?

If you buy a copy of Computer Music magazine, it comes with a DVD full of free VSTs. There's a VST of theirs called Ohmygod - it's comb filtering goodness! Check that out.
I haven't made any VSTs in a while...hmmm.
