I wouldn't be so sure of that. Just from looking at trends from the past, it seems that the same artists are commonly featured the next week. of course it wont be the same tracks, but you still have a good decent chance of getting up there again.
I've been on there three or four times, I think. I know that I was on there twice in a row at one point, but it didn't really make a difference. lol
