The music was from fortnite which don't copyright you for any songs that you use in a youtube video etc. You should do more verifying before you ban someone for 90 days.

The main problem you're facing is you aren't scouted. If downloads are turned off (or aren't in effect/grayed out like the way they are for you) you can't use your music in the game.
@davithetankman what classifies a copyrighted sample is based on the rules of the service that published them. For example, Cymatics drum samples (very popular for dubstep) aren't considered copyrighted samples in the same was a song it. You can use them and sell music with them in said music, but you can't create a sample pack and sell it. Coprighted samples includes using a piece from a copyrighted song, like if you were to create a remix of Bangarang by Skrillex and include the original song in some capacity. It's a copyright piece you've sampled in your song, and therefore is classified under that light.
@Subtonix It depends on the samples or sounds you're using. Synths aren't classified under this light so much as drum samples or vocal samples are. If you had a song that included a long enough snippet of Bangarang by Skrillex, that would be a copyrighted song. The way you can tell that is by knowing Skrillex is under a record label, and therefore has copyright to his name for that song. As for drum samples you've downloaded from Splice or Cymatics, you can read about their copyright protection on their websites.
@AlFas If you aren't scouted that would be the problem. I don't know why, it's dumb, but it is the way it is. If you can't download the song (specifically for unscouted artists), then you can't use it in the game.

Hi. I get it now, I used sample loops from cymatics not gonna lie I didn't know/read the rules of audio portal, and it's my first time to upload audio tracks here. Now I know and red the rules of audio portal and it's my mistake that I didn't read it first before uploading it. I will try next time to make creative and unique tracks.
