As much as I love the free low-pass filter NaiveLPF (I LOVE IT), it's not reliable. I just lost over 3 hours of composing time after my computer froze - because I tried to open two instances.

Moral - save often when working with that plugin.

After three years, I finally have the money to get a computer. I've made my choice. The only problem is that I need a credit card to buy all that. A friend offered to let me use his and I'd write him a cheque, but it hasn't happened yet. My current setup, a dying 3-year-old laptop, has run its course, and all I can do right now is wait for my friend.

All I can think about is the new computer. Waiting is driving me nuts. It's so close I can taste it. I've dreamed about it. I have the motherboard and two monitors already, but they're useless without the other hardware.

I WILL GET IT SOON.

It doesn't want me to spend over 2k at once. Some pal.
